Mar'Quone Edmonds
Mar'Quone Edmonds, otherwise known as Coach Q, has been in the fitness industry for six years. Q graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Kinesiology. He has a passion for fitness and helping people attain their goals. Q's high-energy personality combined with his extensive knowledge of exercise technique make him the ideal fitness trainer.
Q started Quest Performance Training in January of 2019 with a goal to produce a challenging workout that leads to life changing results through encouragement, energy and excitement.

Courtney Johnson
Courtney Johnson has been working at Quest Performance Training since October of 2020. He started working in the fitness industry 7 years ago and haven’t looked back. It’s been a great journey. Courtney attended Trinity International University, where he majored in health and wellness and played football throughout his four years. After graduating he started his career in fitness as a trainer at Premier Performance Training. Courtney has learned a lot of great coaching techniques, and has met a lot of great people that have shaped him into the coach he is today.

Danny Gomez
Danny Gomez is the Quest Performance Training Boxing coach. Danny fell in love with boxing when he was 16 years old, and the sport has been a part of his life ever since, both as a participant and as a coach. Danny grew up in the Waukegan area and attended local schools. While boxing is Danny’s first passion, he has a love of all things fitness and looks forward to helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals.

Justin Bradley
Justin Bradley, also known as Coach J, has seen fitness from the perspective of a collegiate athlete at The University of St Francis, as well as striking a pose center stage at a state championship bodybuilding show. Regardless of whether it’s on the field or stage, Coach J specializes in empowering you beat your best and achieve your goals.

Tiquoi Burton
Tiquoi Burton, also known as Coach T, played collegiate and professional baseball. AFAA group fitness instructor, as well as NASM Certified. He has a passion and a knack for getting the best version of you out, while getting to your goals! His work hard play hard mentality keeps you accountable as well as fun!! With his relentless dedication to make you better each and every day makes him a cut above the rest!
Lake Bluff Revive & Recover Coach
Abbey Edmonds
Abbey, Coach Q’s wife, is a physical therapist who wanted to bring recovery to the quest athletes. She has been practicing PT for 4 years now and has had a ton of experience helping patients return to their peak performance levels. She is excited to start this new class to help make the members feel and move better while learning how to workout with less injuries!
Lake Bluff Revive & Recover Coach
Nikki McGrath
Nikki is a physical therapist assistant in the Lake Bluff area. She has been practicing for 3 years and has plenty of experience treating an athletic population. Being an athlete herself and rehabbing from previous injuries has enhanced her ability to help people learn how to stay fit and healthy. She is excited to join the Quest team help members perform at their best!
