At Quest we offer a unique style of training that fits all fitness levels. These group workouts are filled with fun functional movements that get the heart rate up, increases mobility and strength. Workouts consist of rotating from HIIT circuits to strength movements as well.
Quest Camp classes are group workouts that are filled with fun functional moves that get the heart rate up, increases mobility and strength. Workouts consist of rotating from HIIT circuits to strength movements. Each day of the week is a different focus area that will challenge different areas of your body. Classes are held throughout the week Monday through Saturday.
Quest Boxing classes are led by Coach Danny to push you to your limits while educating on boxing fundamentals. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 AM and Sundays at 9:00 AM.
Revive & Recover Class
This class, led by Coach Abbey and Nikki, will help you build your flexibility, deep core strength and functional mobility for better workouts. Only thing you need is a yoga mat and your comfortable workout wear. Come end the weekend with something to make your body feel great to start the week. Classes are held Sundays at 7:30 AM.
